Our Services
Untosa is a bespoke gifting offering personalised gifting experiences for individuals and corporate clients. Our services include bespoke gifting consultations, curated gift sourcing and assembly, packaging and presentation, and delivery coordination. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion. Final service scope and pricing will be confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or place an order. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are engaging on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance by Untosa. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product description. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from our team.
Payment
Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. For bespoke or corporate orders, a deposit may be required before work begins. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of applicable taxes where specified.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested in writing. Due to the personalised nature of our gifting services, cancellations after production has begun may not be eligible for a full refund. Specific refund terms will be communicated at the time of your order. We will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
Consultations & Bookings
Consultation calls scheduled through Calendly or other booking tools are subject to availability. We ask that you provide reasonable notice — at least 24 hours — if you need to reschedule. Information you share during consultations, including via our 'Spill It' form, is used solely to serve your gifting needs and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, illustrations, branding, curation concepts, and design — is owned by or licensed to Untosa and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use for reference purposes is permitted.

Untosa provides its services with care and craftsmanship. However, our website and services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that gifting outcomes will meet every expectation, or that product colours and descriptions will perfectly match physical items in all cases. We will always endeavour to remedy any material inaccuracies.
